What special things did you or do you do with your mother?
“Mostly we worked together.
But I always enjoyed her stories and songs. I think that’s why I like to tell stories. I
like to sing to, but I don’t have the beautiful quality of singing that she
did. I also like to sew with her. And just visit with her. Maybe you could say she was my best friend.”
