Describe downtown of your hometown at Christmas time.
“I can truly say it has been one of the most beautiful
places around. The lights and trimmings
(gold) wrapped around wife with lights all along the way from the side of the
street to the other. People used to go
out of their way to go through St. Johns at Christmas time. Then the State didn’t allow it anymore, so we
have what the others have. Just little
things hanging from side. But we always
have a big beautifully decorated tree.”
