Describe the most serious illness you have had.
"Scarlatina, Tuberculosis, heart surgery, two valves replaced and one repaired half way for lack of time to keep me out. After 6 weeks in the hospital I went into cardiac arrest and didn't know anything for 4 days. Then I was in the hospital for 6 more weeks having therapy to walk and think and be able to get up."
